Inilah status aku dlm 2minggu lebih kebelakangan ini..the reason y?coz got to take over my HOD's works since she ws not feeling so well (miscarriage)..but, ths week, shes back to work already..
However, still, i got lots of work to do...got 2 tenders to be submitted end of ths month..sighh..dh stat kne masuk harge..b4 ni, ni bukan keje aku..soooo..mknenye, keje aku dh jd double..mne nk wat keje sendiri, keje baru and even kne setelkan keje2 utk projek yg sediada..BUT..aku optimist!kerna aku rse, ths is the time aku blaja sume ni eventho ths is not wht ive learnt mse degree dulu..experience tuuu!hehe
Enough cite psal keje..kite cite psal 'jenggo-jenggo' lak...haha..jumaat ni company aku wat family day lagik!!!yeyyyyy!!sume staff bersama keluarge masing2 akan bercuti di AFamosa Resort, Melaka, sempena perkahwinan Kk Erney (Admin Staff)..3D2N..pasni sape lak nk kawen dlm company aku?leh bercuti lagik..hahahaha
Utk percutian bahagia company ni, aku secare rasmi dilantik sebagai AJK accomodation & transport jugak AJK Game..gile kuase ke ape aku ni?haha..tp sbnrnye hanya membantu sbb aku ade keje bnyk sgt (tender)...nvm guys, ill help u as i can....huhu..kite enjoy k!!

Biggest Test.
Tommorow ill submit 2 tenders..cabaran terbesar ni..kalo lah aku berjaya dpt projek ni...huuu..walaweyyy!!im gonna the happiest person lah!haahahahaha....doakn saye yek :)

Never b late.
my boss said "b punctual, 830 to 5..if u hv ths dicipline, wherever u go, u'll success" during meeting early in ths morning..
so far, aku xpenah masuk office lambat unless ade hal penting..becoz aku sendiri xsuke LAMBAT.!hate it actually..aku xsuke menunggu dan ditunggu..ill make sure that ill b there on time..
dan aku juga setuju dgn kate2 boss aku tu..kalo aku tergerak lambat g keje (but smpai sharp on time k), bile masuk keje mesti cm kelam kabut..mknenye, kalo dtg awal sket, leh bwk bertenang, berpk secara tenang, no rush..
jd pd sesape yg slalu lambat tu, bwk2 lah berubah..bad reputation tu..huhu

bila bnyk mslah dtg pd mse yg sama, otak seolah tepu utk berpikir..the best way is aku mengelak utk berpikir..but sooner or later, i have to solve those prob..
1. family - ade sesuatu timbul dlm keluarge ku..im not goin to tell in ths blog wht exactly the prob..but ape yg bermain dlm pikiranku, "perlukah aku setuju?", "how to accept?", "adakah aku akn jd anak yg xmemahami?", "aku konpius!!"..
2. personal - i have to accept it..i'd take a very high risk, then i shud well prepared b4 teruskan sumenyee..so now, its the time yg aku perlu terima sumenyee..insyaAllah, ill b OK.
3. work - a lots of work..but just settle some works..tp still bnyk lg..nvm, this is work..no work no money maa!hehehehe
hopefully i can settle those prob sebaiknyee..im just hepy with my new dearie 'bf'...:)

what - replacement of tender negotiation, thru web system to get the best price.
why - to provide transperancy.
where - wherever u r, the most important is can access the internet.
soklan sy dsini, sejauh mne ketelusan dlm system ini??well never know if the client itself wat dummy contractor just to bid the lower price..senang ckp nk knekan contractor yg msuk bid ni..so then client leh jimat bnyk (untung)..
one more thing, its not the best way lah for contractor..once client set the open price, all the contractor will bid to the lowest price..is it rational??at the end, can the contractor complete the project with flying colors?think bout that..yes, its true, contractor shud enter the affordable price..but, well never know what happen nex..at the end, contractor rugi, client untung..
but good side of it, kite leh tau the status of the tender right the bid is close..but, jujurnya, e-bidding system quite interesting lah..i like it personally coz i like the technology application..thru web, using internet..but utk my company (contractor), we dont like the practise..
